Bored or inspired?

An inspired life is absolutely within our reach. When in the flow with life, we take bold, brave actions to make changes in our lives. We have a strong inner sense that we are headed in the right direction, even if we are a bit scared. This inner wisdom is far more powerful than our minds. Our minds will try and limit us with thoughts of who we can be and what we can do. Tapping into our higher self, we are revitalized, empowered and creative.

Letting go of old energy in our external environment is a sure way to make space for an inspired life. Clutter in our external environment can represent the clutter of our thoughts and minds. If there is no room for the new, nothing new can get in without becoming even more clutter. What is without, is within.

To get started on a major shift in your life, show that you are willing to let go of your old stuff. Start by getting rid of old books, unread mail, unfinished projects, clothes that you haven’t worn in the last 6-12 months (max!), household items that never get used, pictures and knick-knacks that you never notice anymore. You will be surprised at what happens once you begin to shed the old energy that represents the old you.
To let in the new we have to SHOW we are letting go of the old.
